Meet Dr. Jeannie Ju, DDS

Hello! I am originally from Los Angeles and moved to Tucson over 10 years ago. I graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) cum laude with a B.S. in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Studies and a minor in Natural Sciences. I graduated from USC School of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) degree with honors. I then completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program from the Lutheran Medical Center in Albany, N.Y.

I am a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, Pima Dental Study Club, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Spear Center, Oro Valley Toastmasters and Michael Bernoff’s Circle of Influence Mastermind.

I have been a guest speaker on Dr. Howard Farran's Dentistry Uncensored podcast providing advice and insight to dentists to help with growing their practice and elevating their patient care. I have also been featured in the Arizona Dental Association magazine for my contributions in helping a patient receive professional help for an opioid addiction. I am also certified in Human Interaction Technology through Michael Bernoff.

I love to read, exercise, learn new things and enjoy the comforts of home. You can also find me volunteering at my son’s school or being a guest speaker for the dental assistant program at the Central Arizona Valley Institute of Technology (CAVIT).

One of my favorite quotes is from my mentor, Michael Bernoff, “Make today great or greater. Your choice. Both are wins.” I choose to make today greater and that is why I live my life the way I do, committed to living a life of excellence so that the greatest beneficiaries of my growth are my patients, my team, my family, and my community. Here’s to living the best versions of ourselves!

Meet Dr. Sung Ju, DMD

Dr. Sung Ju is originally from South Korea. At the age of 12, he and his family emigrated from South Korea to the United States. He spent a few years of his youth in Southern California and a majority of his life in Washington State. He graduated cum laude from the University of Washington with a B.S. in Biochemistry. He earned his Doctor in Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia.

Dr. Ju believes in providing ethical, honest, and high-quality dentistry with gentleness. Dr. Ju is a member of the American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, Pima Dental Study Club, Spear Faculty Club and Michael Bernoff’s Circle of Influence Mastermind.

Dr. Ju is an avid fan of soccer and hockey. His favorite hockey team is the Philadelphia Flyers. He fell in love with the Philadelphia Flyers during his time as a dental student at Temple University. Both he and his wife enjoy creating magical and fun memories with their son, James. Dr. Ju looks forward to meeting you and personalizing your dental care.
