Alicia - Business Administrator
Hi! My name is Alicia and I am an Arizona native. I’ve been creating smiles with Creative Smiles Dentistry for over 5 years. My role is business administrator which means I help ensure the needs of the practice are met so that we can provide you the best patient experience possible. My role also includes taking care of the doctors and the team, ensuring they feel appreciated. As the business administrator, one of my favorite things to do is order cake for our team's birthday lunches. I am blessed to have one son who is now 18. I enjoy traveling and hiking around Arizona with my 2 dogs, Bella and Koko.
Amber - Dental Hygienist
Howdy! My name is Amber Wooten. I have been in dentistry for over 20 years. I started my dental career as a dental assistant, moved my way to the front office and then graduated in 2008 with a degree in Dental Hygiene.
I am very excited to be part of the Creative Smiles Family. Educating and helping my patients achieve their desired oral and whole-body health goals is a joy for me. Connecting and building rapport with patients is also a treasure.
I have three amazing kiddos and an absolute stud for a husband. We are lucky enough to have our whole family live here in Tucson. I love adventure and the great outdoors. The Half Dome, Rim 2 Rim and Mt. Humphreys are a few of my favorite hikes. Camping with family and friends is one of my greatest past times.
Carrie - Dental Assistant
Hi! I’m Carrie Gonzalez and I was born and raised in Arizona. I have been a dental assistant since 2004. I have always loved to work with people and help them achieve their dream smile and overcome their anxiety of going to the dentist. My husband, Sergio, and I have been together for 20 years and have two boys, Izaac and Ezequiel. Izaac is 15 years old and Ezequiel is 13 years old. We love scary movies and anything creepy and Halloween related. We also love spending time as a family and doing new things. We enjoy going off-roading, camping, hiking, catching fish, frogs, gardening and being outdoors.
Jennifer - Dental Assistant
My name is Jennifer Sundin. I have 22 years experience as a dental assistant. Over the years, I have continued to develop my skills and knowledge in the dental field. As a dental assistant, I love being able to connect with patients and ensure they have the best overall experience.
I was born on the East Coast and moved to Arizona with my family when I was 11 and I love it here. The East Coast will always be my favorite place to go and visit my family. Our family tradition is to go to NYC during Christmas time and enjoy the city and food! I am a NY Yankees and NY Giants fan.
I’m blessed with being a mom. I have two sons who have both took on the sport of wrestling. This keeps us very busy but I love watching them on the mat putting in the work. During my free time, I enjoy going to the gym and creating new healthy meals. Over the summer I picked up a new hobby learning how to surf and I can’t wait to get back to the ocean to do it again.
Kaitlyn - Dental Hygienist & Myofunctional Therapist
My name is Kaitlyn Wilton. I grew up here in Tucson but moved away when I was in my early twenties. My husband and I lived in Colorado for seven years. We moved back to the desert in June of 2021, reuniting with family and with our desert roots. We have two wonderful kids; our daughter is six and our son is three. We always have a busy house, especially with the addition of a coop full of chickens! We love coffee shops, family time, and outdoor adventures. I graduated with my dental hygiene degree in 2013. During my time there I was awarded the Lucy Brajevich Scholarship from the Southern Arizona Dental Society. Dentistry has fulfilled my passion for helping others. Here at Creative Smiles Dentistry, my dreams have been fostered to a whole new level; as I am now also a Myofunctional Therapist. We focus on more than just teeth, we support patients in whole body health and well being.
Lizzy - Dental Assistant
Hi! My name is Lizzy Atwood. I am a dental assistant here at Creative Smiles and absolutely love what I do. I was born in California and have been in Tucson since 1999. In 2015, I graduated from the University of Arizona with a BA in Linguistics. I have spent the last 10 years working for Starbucks, and while I have enjoyed my time there, I found my second home here. I love spending time with my family, which includes my mom, dad, and sister. I enjoy going to the gym, being out in nature, and the company of friends. One of my most favorite activities is riding my horse, Olive. She is a black Danish Warmblood whose love language is quality time and carrots.
Penny - Patient Care Coordinator and Sleep Health Advocate
Hello! My name is Penny Pratt and I am the patient care coordinator and sleep health advocate here at Creative Smiles Dentistry. I have 18 years of dental office experience. I have to say, it’s GREAT to finally be back home in Tucson after almost 30 years away. My husband of 34 years took our family many places during his 20 years of service in the United States Air Force. After spending time in Okinawa, Japan, we settled in Scott AFB, Illinois where he retired. We have 2 sons who were actually born here in Tucson. Our eldest son, Cody, his wife, Kelly, and our 2 grandsons, Henry and Lincoln, currently live in Florida. Our youngest son, Jake, and his wife, Kristen, have joined us back here in Arizona. For me, it’s all about God and family. It’s awesome being back home where we are able to reconnect and spend time with our family and friends that live close by. I enjoy the outdoors. I hiked part of the Appalachian Trail and even ran a half-marathon. My husband and I have a Polaris RZR and we love exploring the many trails Arizona has to offer. I’m very excited about being a part of Creative Smiles Dentistry! I enjoy working with such a professional, patient-focused team! I look very forward to serving you!
Theresa - Director of Practice Wellness
Hello! My name is Theresa Aguilar. I am the treatment coordinator here at Creative Smiles Dentistry. I am from California originally, but I moved to Tucson a year and a half ago. I was so fortunate to find this great practice and I am grateful to be part of this team. I love my work family and our wonderful patients. I love to get out and take in all of the beautiful things Tucson has to offer. When I’m not working, I enjoy going on road trips, hiking, cooking, and going to the movies. I’m also very artistic, so I enjoy painting and anything that allows me to get creative.
Vanessa - Dental Hygienist
Hi! My name is Vanessa. I have been in dentistry for 5 years. I started as a dental assistant and continued my education to become a dental hygienist. I love learning new things related to dentistry, being up to date with the newest and ever evolving info so that I can educate my patients and help them have a healthier smile. I love what I do and I love being able to serve my community through dentistry. It truly is my passion. In my spare time, you’ll find me and my family at baseball and soccer activities. My oldest son is 10 and he is my baseball enthusiast. My youngest is 7 and he participates in both soccer and baseball. We love sports and the outdoors (#boymom). We love to go to Chase Stadium and catch live baseball any chance we can!
Vincent - Dental Assistant
My name is Vincent Hampton. I’ve been a dental assistant since 2010. Since I began at Creative Smiles, I’ve increased my knowledge in all aspects of dentistry. Together with Dr. Jeannie, I’ve become an implant specialist and enjoy working with her to bring more options to patients requiring tooth replacement. I was born in California and my family moved to Tucson in 1995, where I have lived ever since. I love football. Every weekend I help coach young athletes in my area. When I’m not on the football field, I enjoy spending time with my family. My parents, brother, 2 sisters, and 2 nieces are all still here in Arizona. We are a close family and try to get together at least once a month and for special occasions. Other hobbies of mine include astronomy, writing fantasy fiction, video games, and animé. I have tried my hand at 3D animation and, along with my brother and friends, built a voice-recording booth to capture my voice acting. We have a hilarious time using 3D animation to make crazy characters and bring them to life with exotic accents.
