Alicia - Business Administrator
Hello! I’m Alicia. I have been a member of the Creative Smiles family for over 10 years. My role is to help ensure the needs of the practice are met so that we can provide you the best patient experience ever. My role also includes supporting the doctors and my team. I love the business side of dentistry and have discovered my passion for numbers and accounting. I enjoy our personal development courses and live by the quote, “He or she who is the most flexible wins”.
I’m a Hispanic Arizona native and I enjoy new dining experiences, traveling, road trips, paddle boarding, hiking and camping with my son (21), 2 dogs (Koko and Lulu) and my feisty cat (Binxie). I’m setting new personal goals to travel to every town in Arizona and compete in the next Tough Mudder competition.
Crystal - Dental Hygienist
Hello! My name is Crystal and I am a dental hygienist here at Creative Smiles. I am a Tucson native and love living in the desert. I love being a dental hygienist because I get to spend time getting to know my patients, while taking care of them. I am so happy to be a part of Dr. Jeannie and Dr. Ju's team because I get to have the honor of seeing the great transformations that the doctors make for patients. It is not just about fixing teeth here; they care about the patients they see as a whole person.
When I am not working, I love to hang out with my family. I have a wonderful 16-year-old daughter that keeps me on my toes. We love to create together and lately we have been sewing a lot together. I love to help her visions for costumes come to life.
Ilyana - Dental Assistant
Hello, there! My name is Ilyana. I am a dental assistant here at Creative Smiles. I have been in the dental field for 6 years now and I truly have a passion for making patients feel welcome, comfortable and confident in themselves and their smiles. I am truly grateful to be a part of a team that sees and wants that, too!
I am a Tucson native and I have 3 dogs. When I’m not working, I enjoy being out on water kayaking, sunbathing, or spending time with my dogs, boyfriend, friends and family.
Kaitlyn - Dental Hygienist & Myofunctional Therapist
My name is Kaitlyn Wilton. I grew up here in Tucson but moved away when I was in my early twenties. My husband and I lived in Colorado for seven years. We moved back to the desert in June of 2021, reuniting with family and with our desert roots. We have two wonderful kids; our daughter is six and our son is three. We always have a busy house, especially with the addition of a coop full of chickens! We love coffee shops, family time, and outdoor adventures. I graduated with my dental hygiene degree in 2013. During my time there I was awarded the Lucy Brajevich Scholarship from the Southern Arizona Dental Society. Dentistry has fulfilled my passion for helping others. Here at Creative Smiles Dentistry, my dreams have been fostered to a whole new level; as I am now also a Myofunctional Therapist. We focus on more than just teeth, we support patients in whole body health and well being.
Kristie - Treatment Coordinator
Hi, there! I'm Kristie, your Treatment Coordinator. I truly enjoy guiding patients through their treatment plans, helping them feel confident and informed every step of the way. I've been in the dental world for several years, and it's a special full-circle moment to be working alongside Dr. Jeannie. We've been friends since the very beginning of our dental journeys! When I'm not at the office, you'll find me making memories with my husband and kids, exploring the outdoors, and discovering new restaurants.
Lupita - Dental Assistant
Hi, there! I’m Lupita. I am a Tucson Native. Dental assisting has been my career for eight years now. I genuinely love helping patients maintain their dental health and obtaining the grin that everybody deserves. I enjoy interacting with patients and learning about people from different backgrounds. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets. Since we love sports, you may find me at any NBA, MLB, NFL, NHL or soccer games. Anything pertaining to sports is something I enjoy participating in. My happy place is spending quality time with my loved ones.
Patricia - Dental Assistant
Hello! My name is Patricia. I have been a dental assistant since 2002. I love helping patients overcome their dental fears and achieving a beautiful and healthy smile. I met and worked with Dr. Jeannie over 12 years ago, was reunited with her and was lucky enough to become a part of her team. I am a Tucson native, have 3 children and have been with my husband over 20 years. We like going to the sand dunes, the ocean and spending time with our family and friends.
Theresa - Director of Practice Wellness
Hello! My name is Theresa Aguilar. I am the Director of Practice Wellness here at Creative Smiles Dentistry. I have been in the dental field for 10 years now and it is truly my passion to help patients get that smile they have always wanted. I was so fortunate to find this great practice and I am grateful to be part of this team. I am from California originally and have been in Tucson for 6 years now. I love my work family and our wonderful patients! Helping people get the smiles they have always wanted is truly my passion. I love to get out and take in all of the beautiful things Tucson has to offer. When I’m not working, I enjoy going on road trips, hiking, paddle boarding, cooking and good ole’ game nights with my friends and family! I’m also very artistic, so I enjoy painting and anything that allows me to get creative.
